Developed by the AIDS Housing Alliance, in partnership with Mercy Housing California, Colonia San Martin is a sixty-unit affordable apartment development on 3 acres in South Sacramento.  Forty of the units are reserved for low-income individuals and families in households where at least one person has HIV/AIDS.  The other twenty units are affordable to those with low-income regardless of HIV status.
