Juniper Village is a 3-story, 44-unit, multifamily complex. NOTE: The plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and electrical portions of work are “Design-Build” and are not subject to competitive bidding.
We have been informed that funding is committed, permits are ready for issuance, and the project should close and be ready to start in 30 to 60 days.
We are soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers including qualified minority, woman-owned, disadvantaged and disabled veteran’s businesses.
The bid date and time shall be Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Your proposal may be faxed, emailed, mailed, or phoned in to our office prior to the bid time.
Please note: This project is NOT subject to prevailing wages, but it is subject to Section 3 compliance and reporting.The plans are available for viewing at the Sunseri Construction office in Reno located at 888 W. 2nd Street, Suite 303, the Nevada Builders Exchange, Sierra Contractor’s Source, and Nevada Blue.
