Located in Sparks, NV, Lincoln Way Apartments is a 3-story, 45 unit, +/- 49,000 square foot senior apartment complex. The project start date is planned for spring of 2015.
We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including qualified minority owned, woman owned, disadvantaged and disabled veteran owned businesses.
Please note: This project is NOT subject to prevailing wages but is subject to all regulations, compliance and reporting for Section 3, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Minority, Women, Disadvantaged and Disabled Veteran’s Businesses.
The bid date and time is Friday, March 27th, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. Your proposal may be faxed, emailed, mailed, or phoned in to our office prior to the bid time.

for viewing at the Sunseri Construction jobsite trailer located at
525 Morrill Avenue in Reno.
