The Oak Creek Terrace Apartments Project is a 41-unit, +/- 53,000 sq. ft. apartment complex consisting of four (4) buildings and a community building.

The bid date and time shall be: Tuesday, January 28th, 2014, at 4:00 p.m
Your proposals may be faxed, mailed, or e-mailed in to our office prior to the bid time.   

Please note:  This project is subject to both Davis Bacon Residential Wage Rates for Napa County and State of California Prevailing Wages (you must use the higher of the two).  These wages are in the project manual or you may contact our office for these wages.   

We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including qualified small, minority, woman-owned, disadvantaged and disabled veteran’s businesses.

The plans and specifications are also available for viewing at the Sunseri Construction office in Chico.  They will also be available at building exchanges in Napa, Sacramento, Concord, San Rafael, Santa Rosa and Chico.
