The Terraces at Roseville Renovation

"The Terraces at Roseville Renovation", in Roseville is a renovation of an existing three story assisted living facility. The interior renovations consist of common area upgrades only, no unit upgrades other than new hardware and paint at the unit front doors. The exterior renovations consist of the demolition and new construction of two courtyard areas as well as a modernization of the front entry area and new paint at the entire exterior.   

The project start date is planned for early March 2017.  Because the facility will be occupied during construction, consideration must be given to allow the tenants freedom to come and go from their apartments.  Also, main assembly areas such as the dining room and lobby areas will need to be sectioned off to allow residents access to a portion of these areas during construction.  Some night work may be required to fulfill these obligations.  The general contractor will be responsible for erecting temporary barriers and paths of travel to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.  The project is currently slated for a six month total duration.

The Project Site Visit date will be Thursday, February 2nd at 10:30 A.M.
