Developed in partnership with Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Paradise Community Village Apartments brings 36 affordable townhouse and duplex units to Paradise.  This is CHIP's first development in Paradise and is also the Town's first affordable development in more than 25 years. 

CHIP’s project will be part of a larger development initiated by the Paradise Youth Sports and Family Center Corporation (PYSFC), subsequently re-named Paradise Community Village (PCV).

This affordable multi-family project is anticipated to be complete in Summer 2013.
