The physical project is a one building, three story structure with a basement. The project will meet the Washoe County Home Consortium and City of Reno rehab standards/codes, it will also meet the funding source energy efficiency requirements and promote water conservation. There will be a mix of eighteen (18) one-bedroom, one (1) two-bedroom apartment, six (6) studio units, manager’s/services office, laundry facility and maintenance supply closets. Each unit will have split air/heat, 2 ceiling fans, high energy efficient hot water/heater system, and free high speed internet. There will be a community room, computer lab, and library.
The project is anticipated to be complete in early 2016.
