"San Juan Apartments" in Sacramento, CA. The project is new construction of 113 apartment units comprised of twelve (12 ea.) 3-story apartment buildings and one Pool Building. Site work is comprised of onsite and offsite work including construction of utilities and surface improvements.
The project is slated to Start Construction in June 2024 and Complete in Spring of 2026.

We are soliciting bids from all subcontractors and suppliers, including those which are qualified Section 3 businesses, Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE/WBE).
Please Note: This project is NOT subject to Prevailing Wages however it is subject to all regulations, compliance and reporting for Section 3, Equal Employment Opportunity and Minority and Woman-Owned Businesses. Please review the Labor Compliance provisions that are included in the bid documents for further details.
SPECIAL NOTES:
We are not requesting bids for access control, fire sprinkler and fire alarm and pool construction. These trades are by Owner.
Where specifications and plans conflict, Plans will Govern.
